Project Management & Operations
Jacqueline Churchwell is a Program Manager at Mt. Tam Innovations and leads various growth initiatives for the company. Her professional experience extends to organizational transformation, corporate strategic planning, and Agile implementation at companies like WeWork, Bain & Company, and Bridgewater Associates. She was co-founder and chief operations officer for her own e-commerce start up for women, Unbound, leading the company through an unprecedented amount of growth (10x) in its first year. Jacqueline holds both an MBA in Entrepreneurship and an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She earned her BS from the McIntire School of Commerce in Information Technology and Marketing from University of Virginia. In her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys traveling, soccer, and studying French and Spanish.
Jill Philmon is a Project Manager for Mt. Tam Innovations involved in escalation projects for services at Cisco. Her background is in community management as well as management of private clubs and resorts. Jill was featured in The Boardroom Magazine when she became Board President for the CMAA association out of Arlington, VA. She has experience as a keynote speaker for several organizations. She enjoys writing, and has been a staff writer for a local newspaper as well as industry journals. Jill went to UNCC where she majored in Business Administration. When not working she enjoys cooking for friends, boating, good wine and snuggling with her little dog while looking at the mountain view from her deck.
Leah Brown is a Project Manager for Mt. Tam Innovations. She has worked on large-scale projects in the public safety sector as well as with several private colleges, and is a certified Crucial Conversations Trainer. Leah holds a Master’s degree in Biology from Murray State University. She loves reading, volunteering in her community, and spending time with her husband and two children.
Meghan Wagley is a Project Manager for Mt. Tam Innovations and has a passion for planning and team leadership. Prior to earning her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), Meghan managed projects in both the United States and Japan. She also holds a BS in Business Management from Columbus State University. Meghan and her husband John raise their two sweet children in a picturesque coastal town where she enjoys day trips to the beach, spending time with friends, gardening and jogging.
Namrata Nepal is the Associate Business Operations Specialist for Mt. Tam Innovations. She has over five years of experience as a project and research assistant as well as a business data analyst. She has a proven talent for aligning business objectives with comprehensive administrative knowledge to achieve maximum operational impacts, conserve time and boost efficiency. Namrata holds an MS in Information System and Assurance and an MBA in Management of Technology. She enjoys taking long walks with her shih tzu and traveling.
Stacey Lowrance is a Project Manager for Mt. Tam Innovations. She is a member of the Tennessee PMI chapter and completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership course in 2018. Stacey holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and History from the University of Tennessee at Martin, a Master’s degree in Professional Writing and Content Development from Chatham University, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University (Global Campus). Stacey is an avid horse enthusiast and enjoys spending long weekends with friends and family trail riding and camping.
Engineering & Development
Mark Milton is a Software Operations Associate at Mt. Tam Innovations. He has years of experience working in high-technology companies, as well as experience in the non-profit sector, having focused on marketing and sales. Mark has studied marketing at San Francisco State University. He is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoys living an active lifestyle and spending time with family and friends.
Mark Talic is an experienced and proficient CCIE engineer. If you have a problem, he can fix it, no matter how hard or complex.
Michael Beevers is a Customer Success Content Engineer at Mt. Tam Innovations working with Cisco. Michael is a Cisco Certified System Instructor who has received excellent training results for over 20 years. Michael holds several information security management certifications including CISSP and CISM, as well as Cisco Specific certifications including Cyber Security Specialist. Michael is an avid volleyball coach and loves mentoring people whenever possible.
